It’s back to school days and now suddenly I’m home alone with plenty of free time to surf the net when I get tired of working my home business, that is.
One of the things I love to do is to read up on successful people because to me, that’s a really good way to find out the secret of their success. Lately I was reading about Alexander von Furstenberg, the Co-Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of Arrow Capital Management, LLC, a private investment firm that deals with global public equities.
Alex von Furstenberg has a long history in the investment field having acted as Chief Investment Officer of Arrow Investments, Inc., a private investment office that functions solely to handle the Diller von Furstenberg family’s investment, since 2001.
Alex was instrumental in the restructure of a global luxury lifestyle brand under the name of Diane von Furstenberg Studio, boosting its annual revenue of $1 million to a whopping $200 million! Gosh, he must be some big-time business whiz!
He’s had such huge successes in the financial field it’s impossible for me to list them all here. Suffice to say, Alexander now manages The Diller – von Furstenberg Family Foundation with his mother, Diane, his stepfather, Barry Diller, and his sister, Tatiana von Furstenberg. Truly an exemplary family business
