just the place to hang out
We’re having a hot, hazy spell here now. Not exactly the perfect weather to be outdoors, if you ask me. But having to entertain relatives from out of town, we had no choice but to plan around the weather as much as we could.
We took the girls shopping, shopping and shopping. At least inside the malls, we didn’t have to be breathe in dusty particles 
. But frankly there’s only so much shopping you can do before the money runs out.
So we made some sandwiches and lemonade and headed for the pool. Haze and heat aside, the kids had a splashing good time while the adults indulged in lazy conversations about cheap but good places to eat, H1N1, gold investing and how to spend less. At least it was free!
