It’s interesting how Michelle Obama’s toned arms are getting so many women going ga-ga. It’s great that she managed to get everyone looking at their arms and going, I should do something about that chicken wing flap.
Gym trainers will tell you that you can spot reduce, i.e. work on just that one part of your body. To slim down one part, any part requires a total workout. If you slim down overall, whichever part you want to reduce will automatically follow. You just need to get some strength training into those arms and parts you want to target.
I don’t have a personal trainer. I don’t like someone looking over my shoulder and pushing me. I like to do things at my own pace. But if you’re someone who lacks the willpower and consistency to work out without someone cracking the whip, then I guess a personal trainer would be a great help.
