working harder, eating more
I’ve started intensifying my workouts at the gym in order to target certain areas that I want to tone… desperately. No special reason, just that I’m getting bored with purely maintaining my fitness level and not seeing any significant improvement.
So I’m pushing myself past what I normally do. In fact, I’m doubling my efforts and yet surprisingly, I’m not feeling any aches and pains from it. In fact, I feel refreshed and ready to do more. Is this normal? I’m not sure but I’m sure not complaining either.
I don’t diet and I never have. In fact, since I started working out more, I’m eating even more. I’ve gone from 3 meals a day to 5 meals because I’m always feeling hungry, yet I still weigh the same. So eating small meals many times is actually good, as the experts say.
