tasteless latte

Is it me or don’t the coffee at all Starbucks taste the same? I know they’re supposed to but then again, I’m thinking maybe it depends on whether the barista gets the proportions right.
Over the year-end, I’ve been frequenting a number of Starbucks. It’s not something I do often because I just can’t see the logic of paying an arm and a leg for a cup of so-called designer coffee.
But it was the year-end so what the heck! I’ll splurge if I want to. And they do taste good, okay? Even I have to admit that.
Not the cup of latte I had at Starbucks, Pavilion though. It was overly milky and had no coffee taste. It didn’t even look appetizing. But the kids were tired and wanted to leave so I didn’t bother taking my cup back for an exchange.
