Hubz and Steev went out to a friend’s house the other day and they were gone for quite a while. Later, when we stepped into Hubz’ car, we were greeted by a portable 10 inch DVD player hanging from over the sunshade on the passenger side.
What is that? me and the girls chimed. We had no idea! Yes, we can be so totally ignorant of technology 
. Then suddenly a movie started playing and we were like, what?? we’ve got a mobile movie theater going on in here, how cool!!
Hubz’ friend had lent him the portable DVD player. I’m not sure where he got it from but you can find them online at Digital Framez. You can play CDs and DVDs to view pictures and movies, and listen to music. It can be plugged into your car’s cigarette lighter, or you could use the rechargeable battery pack.
This portable DVD player is a fantastic way to keep younger kids occupied (and quiet!) while traveling. Just plug in their favorite movie and you’ll enjoy a couple of hours of peaceful driving at least .
