Remember the good old days, not so long ago, when we had to thumb through the papers or the Yellow Pages to find a plumber or a restaurant.
Not any more. Now the first thing I do is jump on the net and everything’s right there at a click.
In fact, if you live in Britain, it’s even easier. You can just go to 118.com which is an online telephone directory where you can find people, information and services right on your screen.
What else can you find on 118 118? Oh, train departure and arrival times, cinema listings and even football results.
The Pricefinder lets you do price comparisons. You can submit your voice call and text inquiries on virtually any answerable question.
Time to start recycling those Yellow Pages, I reckon!
