I usually try to donate to charity once a year, more often if I can afford it. Even the smallest kind deed or donation helps me appreciate what I have.

And for the same reason that I work out for the endorphine rush, I contribute to charity for that feel-good rush. It’s a really great feeling knowing that you’ve helped someone in some small way.
