McD’s hotcakes are hot!

McDonald’s has added hotcakes to their menus. At first, it appeared to be a breakfast-only item but apparently they serve it all day at their 24-hour outlets.
Hotcakes are their fancy name for pancakes. They’re sold in stacks of twos and threes, not nearly high enough to fill an empty tummy though.
But I’m not complaining. I’m just happy that it tastes so palatable it reminds me of the ones I’ve had at truck stops in California. The smell of the maple syrup is heavenly and the butter is fatteningly buttery.
I’d be lovin’ it even more if they weren’t so pricey. I know it’s a new item and all but an introductory price would be nice.
Oh by the way, I was so hungry I forgot to snap a picture, but you all know what pancakes look like, I’m sure

I guess this item is so new it isn’t even on their website (yet?). So you’ll just have to take my word for it and check it out when you eat there next time.
